Terms and Conditions

F/W10 delivery order cur-off date: August 1, 2010. There is a minimum of 3 units per style per order.

We accept Paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal.

Delivery of goods:

All orders will be sent via USPS (unless specified otherwise by customer) to all destinations. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Selah D'or is not responsible for customs and other charges placed on orders which are shipped internatonally. We will begin shipping orders on 8/1/10. Re-orders will be delivered approximately 3-7 business days from the date on which the order has been accepted. If there is a delay, we will contact you and make you aware of this. Delivery charges will be billed to you upon completion of your order. Payment for these charges will be made using the same methods supplied to us upon the initial confirmation of the order. Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Returns Policy:

All claims for shortages, defects, exchanges, and refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving merchandise. We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products. Items can be returned for store credit only. Store credit does not expire and may be used for the purchase of non-sale items only. Returns will not be accepted without Selah D’or’s written approval. Selah D'or does not accept the return of items which have been customized to fit a client. All items should be returned new, unused, and with all Selah D’or and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns must include the Selah D’or invoice supplied upon delivery of items. Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately. Selah D’or is not responsible for shipping charges on returned orders. Selah D’or will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.

Selah D’or accepts no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one week of delivery. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
General exchanges can only be replaced for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
